One of the challenges that has arisen is that despite the enthusiasm of the lifeguards, there is a wide range of skills in terms of swimming ability. Mike is currently working with them to get them all to the swimming level required to be a Beach Lifeguard. It was very fun to watch them train and swim some relays with them. I can tell there is a lot of eagerness amongst all of the team.
